Occupational Health Nurse

PureSafety has an immediate opening for an Occupational Health Nurse at our corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN.   Reporting to the VP of Strategic Resources, the Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for supporting, and where needed, developing and driving ongoing strategies for the growth and development of the OHM software platform—a OH&S software solution that provides detailed tracking and reporting tools that streamline information management, maximize consistency and accuracy, identify problem areas and risk, reduce workplace incidents, and maintain compliance.

Primary Responsibilities include:
• Establish, communicate, and monitor metrics that enable continuous improvement in selling and implementation functions
• Work with Product Management and Software Development to improve OHM deliverables.
• Work with Product Management to develop and launch new, innovative solutions related to leading and/or emerging issues within the occupational healthcare industry.
• Work with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, positioning, collateral, and other brand-enhancing activities from an SME standpoint

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experience working as an occupational health nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Must be a certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
• Strong knowledge of case management, worker’s comp. and government (OSHA) regulations.
• Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to C-level executives.
• Excellent project management skills
• Highest level of personal integrity and commitment to customer service
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical background
• Safety background / consulting a plus
• Proven leader
• Must be able to travel as required
