Description:
Seeking a reliable, flexible, self-starter who can multi-task, interface with clients and manage a complex software implementation and training process to achieve superior results.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all facets of client implementations
- Work with sales team to set client expectations
- Explain and show client the data needed for the implementation
- Review client data for accuracy and completeness
- Work with client to set and achieve milestones
- Facilitate & schedule training with clients
- Help clients to establish workflow and best practices
- Work with Content Development on the scheduling and delivery of custom content
- Work with Content Development team to help manage all private label timelines and communications
- Work with Development & Content Development groups to resolve complex issues
- Assure that all items of the contract are delivered on time
- Maintain and produce weekly flash report for executive management
- Manage consultant workload and utilization
- Develop and grow the client relationship
- Exceed client expectations
Qualifications include:
- 4 year degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and related products
- Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple complex issues at the same time
- Project Management experience a plus
- Previous training and software implementation experience a plus
- Experience with E-Learning and Learning Management Systems a plus
- MBA a plus
